Chamber Series: Meet our Members Mike Jones Ford-Lincoln

Ford-Lincoln has been a staple vehicle in Toccoa-Stephens County driveways for many years and the Ford-Lincoln brand has invested in our Chamber since 1985.  In 2013 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury Sales of Toccoa was purchased by Mike Jones and is now Mike Jones Ford-Lincoln. We recently met with Mike to learn more about his business and quickly realized one word describes his vision, community.

Mike relocated the dealership to the modern location he built for our community in 2015. “Having a large inventory to shop from allows our residents to shop local and keep their tax dollars in Toccoa-Stephens County which in turn grows our schools as well as the economic development and beautification of our community,” stated Mike.

While sitting in Mike’s office we had the opportunity to look around at plaques and photos. It was evident that they support our students in Toccoa-Stephens County. Mike takes a hands-on approach to making a solid impact by supporting our local FFA, Sports and Boosters, Boys & Girls Club, Cattle Shows, CTAE, by offering scholarships and so much more. Mike stated, “As a community we need to lean in and invest in the next generation.”

Mike Jones Ford-Lincoln employs 50-60 individuals and is currently looking to hire more. This team is more than co-workers, they are family. A family serving our community. Every Saturday the dealership brings in lunch from a different Toccoa-Stephens County restaurant for the crew.
